Summer is flying, Basehor. Online registration for the 2026-27 school year is open for Basehor-Linwood families, and the district is reminding everyone of one step that's easy to miss: if your student will ride the bus this year, complete the Transportation Form inside Online Registration.
A quick rundown for families:
Returning families: Log in through Skyward Family Access at usd458.org to complete registration.
New to the district: Use the New Student Enrollment link on the district site and have your proof of residency ready.
Fees are due at the time of enrollment (cash, check, or card).

Remember Bond 2024? The payoff is arriving. The three-story multipurpose building at Basehor-Linwood High School, a project that roughly doubles the size of the school, is slated to wrap up construction this month, just in time for the new school year.
Voters approved the bond in April 2024, and it has been a busy two years of construction on the BLHS campus since. We'll share photos and a look inside as the district shows off the finished space, so stay tuned.
